When we started this journey of creating Amazonia Spirits, we tried the alcohol-free spirits which out there in the market and the truth is that none of them was even close to the real thing. We were very disappointed.
An excellent spirit of high quality cannot miss two characteristics – a stunning flavor and an essential afterburn, a burn that you feel after each sip, that gives it its unique signature sensation and lets you say “Damn, that’s a good one!”. Both are attributes that we could not find with any of the non-alcoholic spirit alternatives we tried. But it was something we absolutely wanted in our product – and we achieved it.
Re-engineer the production methods for alcohol-free spirits was a must to create this authentic alcohol-free alternative to gin.
During almost a year of research and development, we explore new flavors, production methods, recipes, travelled across the world to South America find the perfect ingredients and learn everything we could about the responsible sourcing and sustainable impact. Then went back to Europe to make this dream happen, we find the perfect mentor for us, with a life long of experience (after all Sophie is only 21 and Vincent 23 years old) and after many versions and failed trials we co-developed with this award winning gin sommelier a new way to create alcohol-free spirits: Our secret, is bringing tech into the game.

Amazonia alcohol-free alternative to gin is created through a molecular isolation process that is applied to a selection of Amazonian botanical spices, Mixed with the main distillate, it ultimately leads to an alcohol-free alternative to gin that convinces in taste, smell and overall sensation – and gives us the alcohol-free alternative to gin that we have been looking for.
